Nativologie wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied -for any reason- with a product you received, return the item unused within 30 days of received and we will refund your money or credit-card charge.
The refund of the money will not include shipping costs, duty or customs fees (if applicable). To apply for this benefit the product should be in the original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. The credit will be applied once the unused product has been received and checked. We are unable to extend this policy to pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
The 30 days guarantee counts from the day you receive the package. The return shipping time will not be deducted from the 30 days period guarantee.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
It is recommended to inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon receipt. Inspect the contents of the package to determine if you have received the proper quantity and quality of the merchandise ordered, prior to signing the delivery manifest. Damaged or lost merchandise claims must be filled with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods.
If we made an error in processing your order, please send an email within 24 hours of receiving the package to our Returns Department and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
Merchandise delivered to the customer in a damaged or defective condition reported within 30 days will be returned, or exchanged at no cost to the customer. To request a return, contact by email our Returns Department, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, PatagoniaGifts will refund USPS or standard mail return shipping costs.
